Mooncake

A delicacy that is traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋節), our mooncakes took a spin on the traditional ones. we currently make two kinds of mooncake in four different flavors. Matcha Mochi Egg custard with or without salted duck yolk and a baked mooncake with crispy crust in egg custard with or without salted duck yolk. All come from a recipe that we have been improvising over the past 8 years. We can made customized mooncake for special occasions and events, feel free to DM us :)
